Summary:
Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in Europe. As Lotus expands in Europe, we are opening various Lotus Centre, while transitioning into a direct sales model (D2C model). To ensure high class customer service we are looking for a Sales & Fleetsales Support Specialist based in the FLUBE (Fra/Lux/Bel) area.
In this role, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you are working alongside the regional Sales team to provide support for management, and execution on key sales and sales operations projects and objectives.
This is a great opportunity to embark on our Lotus journey in Europe bringing your skills and experience in a sales team fitting for a premium brand like Lotus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Fleet Sales & Sales teams in all aspects of sales related activities
- Support Cluster Management teams in all aspects of sales related activities
- Set up information exchange processes with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Leaselink)
- Manage document administration
- Follow-up on Sales agenda with all stakeholders
- Provide second-line support for the Lotus Cars Customer Care Centre
- Provide second-line support for the FLUBE Lotus Cars Experience Centres
- Provide support with Sales Projects and Processes
- Provide support with New Market Launches
Key Requirements:
- You are an automotive enthusiast and eager to learn more about our cars
- You have vast experience sales support and you always strive for operational excellence
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You are flexible and you have a hands-on attitude
- You are effective and eloquent communicator in English – written and verbal
- Fluent in French is mandatory, and any additional European languages would be a plus
- Empathetic communication skills and determination to succeed within a dynamic and challenging environment
