Summary:
Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be we are looking for a Sales & Operations Planning Senior specialist - DACH (w/m/d) to join us in our regional office in Munich for the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland)
As S&OP Planning Senior specialist, you are responsible for managing and executing regional sales and operations planning for the cluster countries. In direct report to the Regional Sales Operations Manager, and in close coordination with our HQ S&OP team, Fleet Sales, Logistic, Lotus Agents and other departments within Lotus, you will also ensure the execution and optimization of all processes to secure sales target delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional internal sales reporting to keep track on commercial performance and contribute to monthly business review with HQ
- Deliver a monthly sales and portfolio (re) forecasting based on current sales and order intake result
- Elaborate regional short/mid-term production request to EU S&OP team aligned with committed sales plan (B2C,B2B) by considering logistic lead-time and EU central inventory
- Collaborate with relevant sales teams to ensure customer orders collection in phase with sales forecast and target
- Ensure production request/customer orders data submission in time into LCMS system to be in line with Lotus Global S&OP process
- Analyze customer order mix to come up with configuration take-rate forecast and recommendation to regional sales teams to improve profitability.
- Identify potential process and system improvement opportunity to optimize operations workflow and systems functionality
Key Requirements:
Multiple years of experience in a similar job with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and S&OP process. You know how to analyze data and translate this into clear guidelines for the company. You know how to communicate efficiently based on complex data analysis. You can work in a multicultural environment.

Additional Information:
- This role will be working from our Munich office within our flexible working policy
- Travel to other locations in DACH region and HQ Amsterdam is required occasionally
- You will be supported by the Lotus Cars Europe team based in the Amsterdam, to implement systems and processes, to progress with our aspirations to be industry leaders
