Summary:
Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the DACH region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be we are looking for a Product & Pricing Manager - DACH in the Sales and Product Marketing Department to join us.
The Product & Pricing Manager is the main owner for our vehicle products. This role will be responsible for managing all activities in the product life cycle, including product definition, positioning, pricing, launch etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regional market analysis to support headquarter in determining product strategies
- Drive and communicate successful product launch strategies and direct implementation for respective models
- Develop all strategic product, pricing, and volume assumptions for respective models
- Gather direct regional customer insights through industry data sources and other means
- Research regional competitive product information and benchmark the competence, including financial offers
- Be responsible for the product margin in the region
- Support the digital team in the development of the regional online configurator and other online product materials
- Review regional media and PR releases with the Marketing department
- Create regional Product Guides and Order Guides
- Responsive for answering all regional product-related inquiries
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in automobile product management or product marketing
- Real passion for the automotive industry
- Organised, reliable and results-driven professional
- Must have a practical mind to solve problems
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a big picture vision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and German. Any additional European languages would be a plus
