Summary:
Define, develop and deliver the retail partner network strategy for the growth of the Lotus Cars brand in the DACH region in line with Lotus Vision80, the Lotus retail strategy and Lotus Cars Product Strategy.
This role also includes support for the delivery of regional sales performance KPI’s and targets.
The position will report to the Senior Sales and Network Manager.
Whilst this job description outlines the key functions of the job, we are operating as a start-up so the successful candidate will be prepared to tackle any task to help make the company and brand a success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit strategic network retail partners and authorised repairers, managing the entire process from initial approach through to start of operations. To include agreement on contractual and facility requirements, overseeing the implementation of the agreed business plan.
- Manage the associated internal approval process, including Management-level approval and preparation of contracts.
- Support in the implementation of the Lotus CI and Sales and Aftersales Standards across all markets to ensure compliance.
- Manage relationship with agent network, driving customer service, sales activity and ensuring adherence to brands standard.
- Continuously monitor network performance considering sales funnel management, compliance of standards, training and customer experience / complaint management.
- Support in the roll-out of Lotus Financial Services in coordination with the Financial & Mobility Services Manager and the implementation of Sales and Order standards in coordination with the Sales Operations Manager.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in dealer network development within the DACH region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Relevant automotive experience in the development of dealer/distributor networks.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Written and spoken German language skills at native level.

Additional Information:
- This role can be based anywhere in Germany although frequent travel will be required to visit the network, and regular travel to the Amsterdam and Munich (to be opened) office will be expected.
