Summary:
Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for an internationally focused Senior Sales Manager Europe for the Lotus Advanced Performance business line.
The global Lotus Advanced Performance (LAP) division, based in UK, is dedicated to delivering thrilling bespoke vehicles and world-class customer experiences.
This role, in direct report to the Head of Sales Europe, will be based in our European HQ in Amsterdam, and will be responsible for steering the European strategy for LAP special projects and managing all aspects of LAP sales operations within Europe.
The role will develop and write the special project commercial plan, write & manage the budgets required to deliver them and will be responsible for realizing commercial EU LAP targets. Responsible for planning of regional event and managing VIP customer relationships. Also responsible for supporting LAP bespoke enquiries on core product by working closely with the local product teams. The role will fulfil a pivotal role in coordinating all activities with the EU team and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agreed LAP/LCE budgets, and commercial action plan, including presentations to UHNWI clients across the region
- Coordinate and deliver Take to Market plans for LAP products inc, Special Project vehicles and Bespoke service
- Coordinate and support regional tours for our special project vehicles as part of the Take to Market plans
- Liaise closely with LAP Corporate and main EU stakeholders to plan all launch material including press releases, dealer bulletins, website content and social media campaigns
- Manage the execution of all customer sales contracts, ensure they are completed correctly and stored securely
- Track and report out Special Project Sales performance
- Deliver the highest level of customer service commensurate with our bespoke products
- Build strong cross relationships with EU Finance, Product Planning, Legal, Network Development, Marketing, Sales & Aftersales and Retailer Training
- Work closely with the EU Regional organizations to motivate the retailer network to build a database of UHNWI
- Work with EU training, product and marketing departments to educate LCE retailer network on LAP products & services
- Travel as required to support regional events
- Prepare reporting to all levels of the business up to CCO
Key Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in managing teams, business processes, documentation, and similar projects in a complex environment such as automotive, ideally in premium brand
- Able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of Special Project Sales process to UHNWI
- Able to construct TTM, understand customer journey and delivery plans for high value vehicles sold under ExWorks incoterm
- Degree Qualifications in relevant field
- Good presentation skills to all levels of the business up to CEO
- Knowledge of the automotive premium sector
- Must have a practical mind to solve problems
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a big picture vision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English, German and any additional European languages would be a plus.

Additional Information:
- This role will be working from our Amsterdam office within our flexible working policy
- Frequent travel will be required to visit different entities across Europe and UK. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
