To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Paid social Manager in the Global Marketing Department to join us in our Global Commercial HQ based in London.
Summary:
Lotus is looking to build its global inhouse media team. We are looking for an experienced paid social manager to lead our paid social strategy across all our markets. You will play a key role in leading the paid social plan within our wider media strategy. You will be driving and evolving the channels performance and strategy as our business grows. Working across both brand & performance strands to help Lotus achieve its Vision 80 ambitions and more.
What you'll do:
• Lead & own paid social strategy globally by translating business objectives into paid social plan per region & market:
o Plan & own budget
o Channel & Audience strategy
o Set KPI’s and performance benchmarks
• Build and execute measurement plan for activity:
o Tracking & attribution – Meta pixel & CAPI
o Setup and analysis of incrementality test, brand uplift studies
o Testing framework – A/B testing
• Work closely with media team to ensure there is a cohesive cross channel approach for wider media plan.
• Continuous analysis on strategy & performance for ongoing optimization to ensure KPI’s and OKR’s for channel can be met.
• Weekly, quarterly, yearly basis of reporting on channel performance & insights within wider internal paid media report.
• Ensuring accurate implementation of plan and strategy in platform.
• As needed support on execution of campaigns in channel.
• Be on the lookout for new tools and innovation, platforms to explore inline with strategy & objectives.
• Support on channel specific creative needs with data led insights.
What you'll bring:
• At least 5 years of experience in Paid social media managing teams, planning, buying & executing paid social with complex strategies that involve global markets, multiple products & objectives (agency background is preferred).
• Meta experience with professional certification (LinkedIn is a plus).
• Data analysis, tracking, attribution & measurement experience:
o GA4
o MMM data application
o Incrementality lifts
o Brand lift studies
o A/B tests
• Capable of translating complex & limited datapoints to plan into strategy and derive actionable insights.
• Can build bottom up strategy inline with wider media and audience strategy to meet needs of business targets, with large media budgets.
• Knowledge of media & web tracking to ensure campaign can be optimized to key conversion points.

Additional Information:
- This role will be working from our London Global Commercial HQ.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in London without VISA sponsorship.
