Lotus Tech Innovation Centre in Germany is a world-class engineering facility in electric mobility and the cradle of next-generation legends. A team of 200 enthusiastic experts in one place. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a HR Intern to join us in our office based in Raunheim (close to Frankfurt).

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and execute the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
• Provide support to and execute the respective HR processes
• Provide support business modules, like recruitment, HRBP, C&B, if necessary
• Translate HR policies and initiatives in order to ensure compliance with corporate standards, Proofread and if necessary amend employee handbooks
• Process personnel administration, manage HR data pool, ensure data quality 

What you'll bring:

• German/English fluency
• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in Occupational Psychology, Economics and Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a similar course of study
• Strong interest in working in a global team taking care of Product Management of Services in leadership development, executive assessment, and/or talent management
• High level of motivation and engagement
• Ability to work autonomously and willingness to take on responsibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
