Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller in the Finance Department to join us in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.
Summary:
In this role, you'll take ownership of your own responsibilities, driving the development of streamlined procedures and standardized processes across all our European entities. Your expertise will ensure that our accounting and reporting activities run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you'll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge systems for our new legal entities across Europe, contributing to their success from day one. As the business continues to expand, exciting opportunities to broaden your skill set in other areas of the financial department will be right at your doorstep.
What you'll do:
• Contribute to modernizing the finance department by system implementations and improvements.
What you'll bring:
- Experience of reporting and accounting treatment on group level is required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic to contribute to team goals with a strong desire for continuous learning
- Excellent command of English and any other language is a plus
- Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and reporting tools BPC
- Strong work ethic with a desire to drive improvements and achieve results
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a big picture vision

- This role will be working from our Amsterdam office within our flexible working policy
