Network Development Manager - South
As the Network Development Manager South Europe you will define, develop and deliver the retail partner network strategy for the growth of the Lotus Cars brand in the South Europe region (Italy, Spain and Portugal) and the Lotus retail strategy. This role also includes support for the delivery of regional sales performance KPI’s and targets.
Summary:
Key Responsibilities
• Support the recruitment of retail partners and authorised repairers to contribute to Lotus’ growth in the Italy, Spain, and Portugal markets.
• Ensure the growth, qualification, and professionalisation of the retail network in line with the brand’s strategy and expansion plans for the assigned markets.
• Agree annual targets with the dealer network and support the achievement of sales plans.
• Identify local sales opportunities within the dealer area and support the Marketing department in maximising potential.
• Work jointly with the Sales Manager to monitor actual sales performance versus targets and develop action plans where required to improve market coverage and identify white spots.
• Coach dealers on internal sales processes and support the professionalisation of the Lotus dealer network.
• Support the implementation of Lotus CI and Sales & Aftersales Standards across all markets to ensure compliance.
• Achieve defined sales KPIs with the dealer network and continuously work on improvements.
• Support the rollout of new Lotus IT systems and processes, ensuring dealers become familiar with new tools and ways of working.
• Manage relationships with the dealer network, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.
• Continuously monitor network performance, including sales-funnel management, standards compliance, training, and customer experience.
Requirements:
Essential
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in dealer network development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian, Spanish, and English (Portuguese is an advantage).
• Relevant automotive experience in developing dealer/distributor networks.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Native-level written and spoken Italian and Spanish.
Desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Automotive Management, Finance & Controlling, Business Management, or a related field.

Additional Information
This role will be based at our Milan office, however it is primarily field-based. Regular travel will be required.
