Marketing Specialist South Europe
Lotus Cars designs and builds world-class, high-performance, lightweight sports cars sold across the globe. Lotus Cars Italia is the local entity responsible for growing the brand across the Italian and Spanish markets. To support our continued expansion in South Europe, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Milan-based team.
Summary:
This role plays a key part in strengthening the South Europe organisation by executing a wide range of marketing, communication, and operational activities. You will support the Marketing department, coordinate local communication and local events, manage reporting processes and collaborate closely with the Sales Team on daily performance. The position also includes administrative responsibilities such as preparing internal and external presentations, managing quotes, invoices and budgets, and responding to dealer enquiries. This is a true 360° marketing role in a fast-paced, premium environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand, Strategy & Internal Support
Support Sales and Marketing teams in implementing brand strategy across South Europe.
Manage administrative processes (quotes, invoices, documentation, etc.).
Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and manage the marketing budget.
Develop internal reporting to track daily performance.
Analyse KPIs, leads and funnel conversion to support commercial growth.
Continuously optimise tools, processes, and reporting methodologies.
Prepare presentations for Top Management.
Local & National Communication
Define and implement media plans across Italy and Spain.
Support with proofreading, localisation, and deployment of CRM communications (prospect and customer emailings).
Develop and execute local partnership initiatives.
Dealer Network Support
Provide ongoing support to the South Europe Dealer Network.
Develop and implement local marketing plans with each dealer.
Monitor the correct execution of local social media activities and brand consistency.
Ensure proper usage of brand assets, guidelines and POS.
Events
Plan, organise and manage local events, test drives, and activations.
Manage cars, logistics and POS materials for events.
Produce post-event reporting and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
Essential
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing within the automotive or premium/luxury industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Solution-oriented and hands-on approach.
High attention to detail, aligned with premium brand standards.
Willingness to travel across the region.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Valid driving licence.
Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is a strong plus.
Desirable
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Automotive Business.
Strong coordination skills, structured and process-driven approach, numbers-driven mindset.
