Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Parts Distribution Manager to join our Spare Parts and Logistics Aftersales team.

Summary:

The Parts Distribution Manager will be responsible for the design, set-up and implementation for the European Parts Distribution in an agile environment. The role will closely interact with the Spare Parts team in China and England as well as with the Lotus Cars marketing and sales organisation within Europe. The Manager Parts Distribution will report directly to the Head of Spare Parts.

Our Amsterdam Warehouse located near Schiphol is supplying Spare Parts for Lotus Legacy Models, Emira and Eletre, Emeya and further models in the range.
The Brand is also developing a range of accessories and Merchandising.

What you'll do:

• Ensure the parts distribution for the European Network;
• Manage and co-ordinate the relationship and processes with the 3PL’s, ensuring smooth logistics flows without disruptions;
• Ensure the implementation of parts ordering systems within the system landscape;
• Work in close relation with IT teams to develop and adapt internal systems to Europe needs;
• Support the network growth through parts distribution set-up to new locations;
• Adapt and review Spare Parts processes for the European Network

What you'll bring:

• At least 6 years of working experience in the Spare Parts department in a complex environment such as automotive, ideally in premium brand
• Knowledge and experience in creation of a parts distribution process in a greenfield
• Understanding of ICE Vehicle and EVs
• Organized, reliable and results-driven professional
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a big picture vision
• Fluent in both Chinese and English. Proficiency in an additional European language is highly desirable.

Additional Information:

• This role will be working from our Amsterdam office and our warehouse based in the Schiphol area.
• Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands without VISA sponsorship.
