To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Mobility & Service Senior Specialist in the Customer Service to join us in our European Headquarter based in Amsterdam.

Summary:

As a Mobility & Service Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and further developing the Roadside Assistance (RSA) program of Lotus Cars Europe, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing program costs. You will also be instrumental in shaping the future of our Mobile Service Program, while overseeing Service Plans and the Extended Warranty Program. This position is within the Customer Service team and interacts closely with the Customer Contact Center and Technical Support Team within the European organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Roadside Assistance (RSA) Program

• Manage and oversee the RSA program, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer cases.
  
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the RSA program and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  
• Monitor and analyze RSA performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  
• Ensure integration of RSA processes within operational systems and business management tools.
  
• Provide training and support to stakeholders involved in the RSA program.
  
• Continuously improve RSA processes based on customer feedback and market trends.
  

• Assist in managing Service Plans and the Extended Warranty program, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Science or Automotive Technology
• Experience in an automotive service environment;
• Experience on similar projects or on mobility solutions is clearly an advantage;
• Understanding of automotive technology and service requirements;
• Vast experience in project management on an international scope;
• Very well organised with a high level attention to details;
• Ability to develop and implement strategies working with different departments;
• Innovative spirit, luxury products, and customer satisfaction focused;
• Results-oriented and daily challenge mindset;
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software;
• Knowledge and experience in new technologies and BEV products is desirable;
• Additional European languages, in particularly French, German or Italian would be highly advantageous.

Additional Information:

• This role will be working from our Amsterdam office within our flexible working policy.
• Frequent travel will be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
